Trailer Specification

• Sturdy and compact, Avon-ride/soft-ride, twin galvanised axles, braked trailer
• Heavy-duty galvanised steel chassis
• Internal steel frame with strong lashing rings above floor level
• Sides are protected by galvanised steel load securing rails
• Trailer is panelled with high gloss glass fibre plywood laminate one-piece side sheets
• 18mm no-slip phenol coated plywood floor with a translucent glass fibre roof
• The aerodynamic front is glass fibre with an 18mm ply internal bulkhead, with storage pockets
• The ingenious mirror enables alignment of vehicle tow ball and trailer hitch to be seen by the driver during coupling, eliminating misalignment and damaged bumpers
• Auto-reversing over-run brakes, with cast coupling and integral jockey wheel
• Mudguards are sealed to the body and have special damage-resistant end mouldings
• The rear door can either be the standard roof-mounted aluminium roller shutter or optional double side hinged van door with a container type lock or a heavy-duty spring-assisted full height ramp (allow approximately 50kg increase in unladen weight)
• Rear lamps within one unit, mounted on steel brackets, wired with a waterproof junction box
• Spare wheel and carrier
